摘要
针对煤矿安全管理问题,文章采用博弈论的方法,建立了政府安全生产监管部门和煤矿企业之间的安全管理博弈模型。通过分析模型,重点从政府监管角度找出煤矿安全事故多发的原因,并提出了促进煤矿安全管理的政策建议。
By applying game theory,the article set up a safe management game strategy model between a coal mine safety supervision department and a coalmine company for coalmine safety management issues.Based on analyzing the model,it identified coalmine safety accident-prone reasons from the perspective of government supervision and then put forward several suggestions for promoting coalmine safety management.
