摘要
以任务牵引"合训"学员军事基础训练,是有效提高训练效果,提升人才培养质量的重要举措。本文从规划任务需求、设计任务背景和选择任务难度三个方面,就"合训"院校军事基础训练中如何加强任务需求牵引进行了探讨。
Mission leading the basic military training of the combined education cadets is the important measure to improve the effect of military training and the quality of professional training. The paper discusses how to strengthen the mission leading training in planning mission demand, designing the mission background and selecting the degree of difficulty of the mission.
