摘要
归纳总结了我校电子科学与工程学院本科生导师制试行以来的一些有益效果,指出了工作开展过程中存在的主要问题,针对军事院校特点从师生两方面进行了原因分析,就下一步确定本科生导师制度提出了若干改革建议。
Some good effects of the tutorial system for undergraduates are summarized since the practice of the system in the collge of Electronic Science and Engineering. Some problems in the job are pointed out, and the causes on the sides of the undergraduates and the tutors are analyzed in light of the characteristics of the military academy. Some teaching reform proposals are given for final establishment of the tutorial system for undergraduates.
