摘要
当前军队院校围绕装备中级指挥任职培训学员的特点,努力尝试运用案例教学法组织教学活动。但在实际操作中,仍存在诸多不足,在一定程度上影响了学员最终的学习效果。只有充分掌握案例教学法的实施过程,积累足够的经典教学案例,在课堂上正确引导,才能提高学员的主动性、积极性,训练他们的推理判断能力和分析解决问题的能力,推进装备中级指挥专业任职教育教学质量的逐步提升。
According to the characteristics of the cadets majoring in intermediate equipment command speciality, ease study is tried in military academies. But there are many deficiencies in its implementation, and the learning effect of those students weakens to a great extent. Only by mastering the complete implementation preeess, accumulating sufficient classic eases and proper guidance, will the cadets become more initiative and active, and have enough training in their abilities of judgement and analysis, thus the teaching quality of professional education on intermediate equipment command speciality will be improved gradually.
