高等院校档案利用工作的建设思考——从中美高校档案利用工作一般比较的角度

Thinking on the Establishment of Archives Utilization in the Institutions of Higher Learning——A general Comparative Study on Archives Utilization between Colleges and Universities in China and the USA

从档案利用意识、利用对象、利用方式、法律和制度规定、信息化建设、公布权限、检索服务等七个方面,对中、美两国高校档案利用工作进行了比较分析,提出了建设高等院校档案利用工作的几点意见:加强宣传,提高高校档案机构的服务意识和社会的档案利用意识;积极推进档案信息数字化;整合高校档案信息资源;拓展档案服务方式;修订完善高校档案利用工作规章制度。

This article makes a comparative analysis between the colleges and universities in China and the USA in the following seven aspects： the utilization awareness, utilization objects, utilization methods, rules and regulations, informationization construction, publicizing permission and info retrieval service. It puts forward a few suggestions for the establishment of archives utilization in the institutions of higher learning： 1. enhance service consciousness of the archive institution and social awareness of archives utilization through vigorous propaganda; 2. push forward archives digitization actively. 3. integrate information resource of archives 4. expand the service mode of archives 5. revise and perfect the rules and regulations.
