肉花卫矛的化学成分研究

Chemical constituents of Euonymus carnosus Hemsl.

目的研究卫矛科卫矛属植物肉花卫矛(Euonymus carnosus Hemsl.)的化学成分。方法采用正相硅胶和Sephalex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等分离方法对肉花卫矛的乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到5个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为β-香树脂醇棕榈酸酯(Ⅰ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、3β2,2α-二羟基-12-齐墩果烯-29-羧酸(Ⅳ)、山海棠萜酸(Ⅴ)。所有化合物均为首次从肉花卫矛中分离得到。

The chemical constituents from Euonymus carnosus Hemsl.were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods.Five compounds were identifed as β-amyrin palmitate（Ⅰ）,β-amyrin（Ⅱ）,oleanolic acid（Ⅲ）,3β,22α-dihydroxy-12-oleanen-29-oic acid（Ⅳ）,and hypoglauterpenic acid（Ⅴ）.All compounds are isolated from Euonymus carnosus for the first time.
