摘要
非达霉素（fidaxomicin）于2011年5月27日获得FDA批准在美国上市,商品名为Dificid。该药物主要用于治疗艰难梭菌（Clostridium difficile,又名难辨梭状芽孢杆菌）相关性腹泻（CDAD）[1]。非达霉素是近年来由Op-timer制药公司研发的一种新型窄谱的大环内酯类抗菌药。
