摘要
十全大补汤出自宋代《太平惠民和剂局方》,由补气代表方“四君子汤”和补血代表方“四物汤”加上黄芪、肉桂共十味药组成,具有益气补血作用,临床主要用于贫血、食欲减退、疲乏、全身衰弱、术后恢复、脾肾亏虚等。与同为补气益血的经典方当归补血汤、八珍汤不同,十全大补汤在肿瘤领域研究的较多,本文将对国外相关研究进展进行综述。
