摘要
试验研究了复合非淀粉多糖酶与植酸酶组合使用对肉鸡生长性能和氮、磷消化率的影响。选取21日龄罗斯肉鸡160只,随机分为对照组、试验组1(添加复合NSP酶制剂)、试验组2(添加植酸酶)、试验组3(同时添加复合NSP酶制剂和植酸酶)。结果显示,试验组1和3肉鸡末体重和平均日增重指标差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组3肉鸡氮真消化率显著高于其他3个处理组(P<0.05);试验组2和3肉鸡总磷表观消化率和真消化率指标差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于对照组和试验组1(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,酶类全、酶活性高的复合NSP酶制剂和植酸酶,可有效提高肉鸡生长性能,改善饲料磷的利用率,协同降低氮排泄污染,是新型环保肉鸡饲料必须使用的高效饲料添加剂。
To study the effects of non-starch polysaccharide complex enzymes and phytase on growth performance and digestibility of nitrogen and phosphor in broilers.One hundred and sixty ROSS broilers at the age of 21 days were designed to four treatment groups,including the control treatment,group 1(addition of non-starch polysaccharide complex enzymes,NSP enzymes),group 2(addition of phytase),and group 3(addition of NSP enzymes and phytase).The results showed that the final body weight and average daily gain of group 1 and 3 broilers were no difference(P0.05),but were higher than those of the control treatment(P0.05).The true digestibility of nitrogen of group 3 was higher than those of other three treatment(P0.05).The apparent and true digestibility nitrogen group 2 and 3 were no difference(P0.05),but were higher than those of the control and group 1(P0.05).These findings suggested the addition of NSP enzymes and phytase in broiler diets could enhance the growth performance and digestibility of nitrogen and phosphor,and decrease the environment pollution of broiler feeding by reducing the nitrogen and phosphor release.The feed additives of NSP enzymes and phytase play the role of the environment-friendly broiler feed application.
