共轭亚油酸在养猪生产中的应用效果

摘要 共轭亚油酸是一种不饱和脂肪酸,是安全性较高的新型饲料添加剂,具有抗癌、抗动脉硬化、增强机体免疫、降低体脂肪沉积及促进骨生成等生物学功能。文章综述了共轭亚油酸的结构及其养猪生产中的应用效果,展望了共轭亚油酸在养猪业中的应用前景。 Conjugated linoleic acid is a kind of unsaturated fatty acid, which is a safe and update feed additive, with anti-cancer, arteriosclerosis resistance, immunity enhancement, body fat deposits reduction and bone formation promotion and other biological functions. In this paper, the structure of conjugated linoleic acid and its application effect in pig production were prospected.
