摘要
鹿茸是梅花鹿或马鹿未骨化密生茸毛的幼角,是养鹿生产的重要产品。鹿茸产品对人体具有很好的保健作用,文章主要对鹿茸的生理作用及高效生产加工进行了综述。
Antler is young angle of sika deer and male red deer when the density villi didn t ossification, it s a very important product in deer production. The antler played an important role of health protection on human. In this paper, the physiological role of antler and efficient production and processing were reviewed.
