八珍泻心胶囊对血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响

Effect of Bazhenxiexin capsule on microinflammatory status in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis

目的:研究八珍泻心胶囊对血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响。方法:将65例维持性血液透析患者随机分为治疗组(33例)及对照组(32例),观察临床证候积分、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白等指标。结果:治疗组能明显改善临床证候积分,治疗前后比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);对照组治疗前后比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后CRP、TNF-α、Hb、ALB、PA比较差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);对照组治疗前后比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:八珍泻心胶囊能改善血液透析患者微炎症状态,提高生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Bazhenxiexin capsule on microinflammatory status in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods： Sixty-five patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomized into treatment group（33 cases） and control group（32 cases）.The serum levels of syndrome points,C-reactive protein Hemodialysis（CRP）,tumor necrosis factor（TNF-α）,hemoglobin（Hb）,albumin（AlB）,prealbumin（PA）,were measured before and after therapy.Results： For the treatment group,all parameters observed were better than before,and had a statistical significance（P0.05,P0.01）.While in control group,there was no significant difference（P0.05）.After treatment,CRP and TNF-α of the treatment group were significantly decreased in comparison with those of the control group（P0.05,P0.01）;while HB,AlB,PA and syndrome points were increased significantly in comparison with those of the control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion：Bazhenxiexin capsule can improve the microinf1ammatory state in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
