在白百破致敏下囟会灸对过敏性鼻炎大鼠模型的行为学及IgE的影响

The Effects of Moxibustion at Points Xinhui on The Behavior and Immunology in the Rat with Allergic Rhinitis in sensitized diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus

目的:研究囟会灸对过敏性鼻炎大鼠模型的行为学及免疫影响,探讨囟会灸可能增强过敏性鼻炎大鼠模型免疫功能的机制,为临床上运用灸法治疗过敏性鼻炎提供实验依据。方法:分别记录造模前后和艾灸前后大鼠行为学和IgE的变化,分析囟会灸对过敏性鼻炎大鼠模型的免疫影响。结果:造模前后和艾灸前后大鼠行为学和免疫指标具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:囟会灸能改善过敏性鼻炎大鼠模型的症状,能增强过敏性鼻炎大鼠模型的免疫力。

Objective：To observe the effects of moxibustion at points Xinhui on effect mechanism of enhancing immune function and to provide experimental the behavior and immunology in the rat with allergic rhinitis（AR）,to explore the basis for clinical treatment with moxibustion.Method： The changes of behavior and IgE in the rat were recorded by before and after treatment,and the effects of mmunology in the rat was analysed.Results： each index showed a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Moxibustion at points Xinhui could improve the clinical symptoms of the rat with allergic rhinitis significantly and strengthen the immunity of the rat.
