高档卷烟纸生产废水处理的中试研究

摘要 广东某厂高档卷烟纸生产废水经单独混凝沉淀难以达标排放,采用中试规模的曝气生物滤池(BAF)对经混凝沉淀的高档卷烟纸废水进行处理。结果表明,BAF对该类废水处理的最佳水力负荷为1m^3/(m^3·h),此时CODCr去除率85%,TSS去除率24%,反冲洗仅需12~15天1次,出水性能优于广东省地方标准中的一级排放标准。当向调节池添加1:10比例的浓浆池废水与原调节池废水时,BAF有较强的抗冲击负荷能力,CODCr去除率仍然在80%左右,出水达标,但反冲洗为2—3天1次。研究表明,混凝沉淀+BAF处理高档卷烟纸生产废水处理是一种可行、稳定的工艺。 Many chemicals are used when high-grade cigarette paper is producing. Wastewater from a high-grade cigarette paper mill in Guangdong province couldn't meet discharge regulation when it was only treated by coagulation precipitation. Therefore biological aerated filter (BAF) was applied as advanced treatment process to treat this kind of wastewater in pilot scale. The results showed that: when the best hydraulic load of BAF was 1 m^3/( m^2[h), the CODCr removal rate and TSS removal rate were 85% and 24% respectively. The back-washing was operated once per 12 - 15 d, the effluent met the class I discharge standard of Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants ( DIM4/266-2001 ) in Guangdong province. When wastewater from retention tank with high CODer was added into buffer tank, BAF had high ability to resist the impact load, and CODCr removal rate still was at about 80% , effluent also met discharge standard, but back-washing was operated once per 2 -3 d. The results indicated that coagulation precipitation + BAF were feasible and stable processes to treat wastewater from high-grade cigarette paper producing.
