摘要
浆纸厂废水处理产生的初沉及三级气浮污泥,先经带压机预脱水至干度15%,再与未预脱水污泥混合至干度5%~10%,用新型高压厢式聚丙烯隔膜板框压滤机深度脱水,得干度〉38%的半干化泥饼,破碎后辅加浆渣、木屑,与煤混合去流化床锅炉燃烧产汽、发电。浆纸厂废水处理产生的二级生物污泥,用高效卧螺离心分离机初步浓缩成浓泥浆(8%~10%),再与制浆稀黑液混合,经多效蒸发、超浓蒸发,浓缩成超浓黑液,去碱回收锅炉混烧发电。
The primary settled sludge & tertiary flotation sludge of pulp and paper wastewater treatment plant( WWT), With pre-dehydration first to dryness 15%. And then mixed with the original sludge and deep dewatering to dryness 〉 38% by new high-pressure filter press made of polypropylene chamber. The broken semi-dry cake of sludge mixed with the pulp residue, fines, coal to CFBB for Co-Firing & Power Generation, extraction steam supplied to mill. The secondary bio-sludge generated in WWT, concentrated to dryness 8% - 10% by high efficien- cy decanter centrifuge, and the thick slurry mixed with the pulp WBL to multi-effect evaporation, the HBL( dryness 〉 70% ) evaporated into a super-firing black-liquid( FBL, dryness 〉80% by super concentrator, and then HBL pumped to the RB for co-firing & power generation, extraction steam supplied to mill.
