The Problems and Strategies in the Construction of Rural Troop of the Party Members under the Economic Circumstance of the West Side of the Straits

随着海西经济建设步伐的加快,农村党员在农村建设中的作用日益凸显。他们是加快海西经济建设、构建和谐社会主义新农村的力量源泉,其言行直接影响着农村的稳定、农民的富裕、农业的发展。就此,笔者分析了海西经济形势下农村党员队伍建设存在的问题及原因,并努力探索完善农村党员队伍建设的途径。

With the rapid economical development in the west coast of Taiwan Straits,rural Party members play an important role in the rural construction.They are the power sources of accelerating the construction of the west coast of the Straits and building a new harmonious socialist countryside.Their statements and behaviors affect directly the country stabilization,farmers＇ plenty and agriculture development.So far as that is concerned,the author analyzes problems and reasons in constructing the troop of the Party members under the economic circumstance of the west coast of the Straits,trying to find ways of perfecting the construction.
