Study on the Dilemma of American Global Democratic Strategy after the Cold War

美国推行的全球民主化战略是美国全球战略的重要组成部分,但是,冷战后,美国在推行该战略的过程中却四处遭到抵制,长期陷入战争泥潭不能自拔,高昂的战争成本让美国不堪重负。面对种种困境,奥巴马政府确立了以"务实"与"合作"为主调的世界观,采取转移反恐战略重心,对外开展"巧实力"外交等策略,希望重振国威。但新政府并不会放弃全球民主化战略,更不会改变美国称霸世界的最终目标。

The global democratization strategy that is carried out in America is one of the important parts of American global strategy.However,after the Cold War,the United States got into trouble from all sides in the process of carrying out the strategy,which made it involve in wars.At the same time,the high cost of war left great burden on it.Facing the dilemma,the worldview established by Obama takes ＂practice and cooperation＂ as the main theme,adopts the strategy of anti-terrorism and develops suitable diplomatic strategy to inspire national strength.Nonetheless,the new government will neither surrender its global democratization strategy,nor change the goal of dominating the world.
