摘要
旨在合理利用钢渣和粉煤灰工业废渣,首先进行原材料基本性能试验分析,通过优选钢渣级配,添加碎石与钢渣按不同比例组合,进行击实、无侧限抗压强度、间接抗拉强度、室内回弹模量、稳定性试验和抗冲刷试验等各项基本力学性能指标试验,然后从路面基层材料的要求对其规律进行总结分析,为钢渣和粉煤灰工业废渣合理有效地应用到路面基层或底基层中提高科学依据。
It is aimed in this paper that steel slag and coal fly ash can be used in the pavement base reasonably and effectively. Firstly, the fundamental property of raw materials are tested and analyzed, and then optimal gradation of steel slag is determined. By the thought of combination of steel slag and gravels, stabilized with cement and coal fly ash, mechanical property tests are conducted, including compaction, unconfined compressive strength test, indirect tensile test, stability test and water erosion resistance test. Thus the results of tests are analyzed in terms of the requirement to base material, which provides scientific information for the application of steel slag and coal fly ash in base or sub base of pavement effectively.
