基于校企利益共同体的高职育人机制探索

当前高职教育校企合作育人中存在一些需要解决的问题,在校企深度合作的基础上建立多种形式的校企利益共同体,具有合作主体优势互补、合作目标互惠多赢、合作领域多元拓展、合作体制科学合理、合作机制灵活高效等特征。同时,以校企利益共同体为平台构建高职育人机制,能有效提高高素质技能型人才的培养质量。

On account of the problems in the current higher vocational education with cooperation of school and enterprise, Jinhua College of Vocational Technology has established many types of interest community of school and enterprise based on the deep cooperation between school and enterprise, featuring that the collaborative agents complement each other＇s advantages, the cooperative targets are mutually beneficial, the cooperative fields are diversified and expanded, the cooperative System is scientific and reasonable, and the cooperative mechanism is flexible and effective. Meanwhile, higher vocational educational mechanism with the platform of interest community of school and enterprise has effectively improved the cultivation quality of the high quality skilled talents.
