传统的肉牛养殖业经历了放牧养殖、半舍饲半放牧养殖和舍饲圈养等几个阶段。随着专业化肉牛养殖的发展,对从业者专业素质、产品质量与安全、市场销售途径以及保护生态环境等方面都提出了更高的要求,根据黑龙江省肉牛业发展所具备的优势,从加快良种培育、加强草畜平衡和建立养殖技术协会等方面提出了促进肉牛业健康发展的几点建议。

Traditional beef cattle breeding industry has gone through grazing breeding half confinedness and half grazing breeding,and confinedness breeding several stages.With the professional development of cattle breeding,the factors that quality of practitioners,product quality and safety,sales channels and environment protection were put forward higher requirements.According to the advantage of development of beef industry in Heilongjiang province,a few suggestions were proposed to develop beef industry,mainly from speeding up breeding,balancing and strengthening the establishment of livestock breeding and establishment of aquaculture association,etc.
