肺癌的表观遗传学研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肺癌是严重威胁人类健康的肿瘤之一,死亡率居肿瘤死亡率之首,我国肺癌发病率及死亡率均居肿瘤之首[1]。与肺癌形成有关的遗传学机制主要包含2种[2],其一是DNA分子核苷酸序列的异常改变造成的基因突变即传统的遗传学机制;另外是表观遗传学(epigenetics)机制。相比传统遗传学信息表观遗传学可提供更高层次的遗传学信息。现就表观遗传学在肺癌中的研究作一综述。
