Analysis on Document Delivery Service in College Libraries

通过问卷调查的方法,从服务对象、服务内容、服务意识、传递数量、传递方式、等定量指标分析,了解高校图书馆文献传递服务的情况提出了文献传递服务的发展建议。

Through a questionnaire survey approach,from the service object,service content,service awareness,delivery quantity,delivery way,domestic and international cooperation,analysis of quantitative indicators,this paper discussed the university library document delivery services,then gave some helpful suggestions.
