摘要
棉短绒制浆蒸煮过程中,不同等级的棉短绒所含杂质的不同在很大程度上决定了用碱量的多少,与在蒸煮过程中采用化学方法去除杂质相比较,采用物理方法去除棉短绒中的杂质能显著节省蒸煮用碱量,降低生产成本。
The dissolving pulp production with cotton linter as raw material requirs to remove the impurity contained in the cotton linter as completely as possible,the mill experience indicates that the impurity removing by physical way before cooking can save a lot of alkali consumption compared with impurity removing by cooking.
