摘要
我国个人住房贷款的风险正逐步显现,为此建立相关的风险模型,对贷款进行风险度量,测算出相应的贷款风险临界点,具有重要的理论和现实意义。此外,针对我国个人住房贷款中存在的风险点,对个人住房贷款风险管理的应用进行分析,并提出自己的观点和建议。
The risk factors of individual mortgage expose day by day, have affected the housing credit standard development. This paper discusses individual mortgage risk management and designs our own individual mortgage model for the commercial banks. Furthermore, based on the characters of our individual mortgage pricing principle, we analyze the practical applications of the model and suggest some new issues and directions for risk prevention.
