Through the study of analytic hierarchy process（AHP） of the basic principles and steps and extensive literature on reading at home and abroad,bottled drinking water quality evaluation index weights were studied AHP in this paper.This paper identifies national standards in bottled drinking water which is more important indicators and what factors can cause these indicators exceeded.
