摘要 目的:观察蜂胶总黄酮对犬冠脉结扎急性心肌缺血模型血清生化指标的影响。方法:采用麻醉开胸犬结扎左冠状动脉前降支(LAD),制备急性心肌缺血模型,观察蜂胶总黄酮对磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物(GSH-Px)的影响。结果:蜂胶总黄酮降低血清中CK、LDH的活性,降低血清中FFA、LPO含量,提高SOD、GSH-Px活性。结论:蜂胶总黄酮对实验性心肌缺血犬引起的脂质过氧化损伤具有保护作用。 Objective To observe the influence of total flavonoids in propolis on several serum biochemical indexes in myocardial ischemia dogs with ligation of coronary artery.Method The model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligating the left anterior descending(LAD) artery of anesthetic dogs,and the effects of total flavonoids in propolis on creatine kinase(CK),lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),free fatty acid(FFA),lipid peroxide(LPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxide(GSH-Px) were observed.Results The total flavonoids in propolis could evidently lower the activity of CK and LDH,reduce FFA and LPO levels,as well as increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in serum.Conclusion Total flavonoids in propolis has protective effect on the damage of lipid peroxidation caused by experimental myocardial ischemia.
