输尿管硬镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床分析

Clinical analysis of curing ureteral calculus by holmium laser lithoclasty under ureteroscope

目的:探讨输尿管硬镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析收治的输尿管结石患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组术后并发症发生率、复发率均明显低于对照组,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论:输尿管硬镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石临床效果明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach the clinical curative effect of curing ureteral calculus by holmium laser lithoclasty under ureteroscope.Method The clinical data of ureteral calculus patients of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into the detection group and the control group according to the difference of treatment methods.Results The total effective rate of the detection group was higher than the control group,the complication incidence,relapse rate of the detection group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistical significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical result of curing ureteral calculus by holmium laser lithoclasty under ureteroscope is good and eusemia,which should be used widely.
