亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的现状及护理要点 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究亚低温治疗在重型颅脑损伤中的作用及护理,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法:通过对亚低温的分类、基础临床研究、作用机制、实施策略、并发症等的阐述,提出对亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的护理要点。结果:亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤有显著疗效,正确的护理能提高其效率。结论:亚低温技术对于重型颅脑损伤患者具有明显的治疗效果,研究亚低温技术治疗重型颅脑损伤的现状及护理具有十分重要的临床意义和明显的社会价值。 Objective To study the effect and nursing highlight of mild hypothermia in the treatment of severe brain injury,and provide a reference for clinical application.Method Through explaining the classification,basic and clinical research,action mechanism,implementation strategy,and complication of mild hypothermia,and raise the nursing highlight of mild hypothermia in the treatment of severe brain injury.Results Mild hypothermia treating severe brain injury had significant effects,and proper nursing could improve its efficiency.Conclusion Mild hypothermia treating severe brain injury has significant effects,and the study of treatment status and nursing highlight of mild hypothermia in the treatment of severe brain injury has significant clinical implications and social values.
