摘要 我国教育硕士专业学位研究生培养经过十几年的发展取得了很大成果,但就目前的现状看,仍存在不少问题亟待解决。其获得更大发展的"瓶颈"在于目标定位模糊,缺乏指导性与个性;课程缺乏延伸拓展,内容结构不合理;专业学位特色较弱,理论与实践相疏离以及专业师资队伍缺乏,指导不能满足需求。 The education master degree in China has made great achievements after ten years of development. But for the current situation, it still has many problems to be solved. The bottleneck that hinders its greater development has a fuzzy target orientation which lacks guidance and individual characters. The content structure of curriculum is not reason- able so that the courses are lacking their extension. Characteristics of professional degree are relatively weak that theory is separated from practice and the lack of professional teachers cannot meet the need in guidance.
