止血宁海绵对动物皮肤急性毒性与刺激及过敏试验研究

目的:观察止血宁海绵对动物皮肤急性毒性与刺激及过敏反应。方法:家兔及大鼠分为止血宁海绵完整皮肤组、止血宁海绵破损皮肤组、溶媒完整皮肤组、溶媒破损皮肤组,用止血宁海绵外涂,观察死亡情况和全身中毒表现;进行刺激反应及刺激强度试验,观察局部皮肤反应(发红、红斑及水肿)、变态反应。结果:止血宁海绵无皮肤局部毒性和全身急性毒性反应,对完整皮肤组及破损皮肤组均无过敏性反应,皮肤均未出现刺激反应。结论:止血宁海绵较为安全。

Objective：To observe Zhixuening Sponge＇s acute toxicity, irritative reaction and allergic reaction on the animal skin. Method：Rabbits and rats were divided into 4 groups：Zhixuening Sponge normal skin group,Zhixuening Sponge injured skin group, solvents normal skin group and solvents injured skin group. Observing the death status and generalized toxic manifestation, testing irritative reaction and allergic reaction and observing local skin reaction （redness, erythema and edema） and allergic reaction after using Zhixuening Sponge by external application. Result：There was no local skin toxicity and systemic acute toxicity reaction by using Zhixuening Sponge. There was no allergic reaction or irritative reaction of the skin in normal skin group and injured skin group. Conclusion：Zhixuening Sponge is relatively safe.
