清开灵注射液对轻微肝性脑病患者智力的影响

Effect of Qingkailing Injection on Intelligence of Minimal Hepatic Encephalopathy Patients

目的:观察清开灵注射液对轻微肝性脑病患者智力的影响。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例。两组均休息、低蛋白饮食、护肝、营养支持,治疗组予清开灵注射液静脉滴注,对照组口服乳果糖,2周为一疗程。结果:数字连接试验及数字符号试验改善程度治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清开灵注射液能显著改善轻微肝性脑病患者的智力水平,对轻微肝性脑病有治疗作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Qingkailing Injection on intelligence of minimal hepatic encephalopathy patients. Method ：60 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly ,30 cases in each group. Both groups rest with low protein diet, protecting liver and nutritional support. Qingkailing Injection was given by intravenous drip as the study group while lactulose was given by oral administration as the control group,2 weeks as one treatment course. Result：The improvement degree of the number connection test and symbol digit test of the study group was superior to that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Qingkaihng Injection could improve the intelligence level of minimal hepatic encephalopathy patients significantly and have therapeutic effect on minimal hepatic encephalopathy patients.
