电针配合中药治疗颈性眩晕92例观察

目的:观察电针配合中药治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:92例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组45例用电针配合中药治疗,对照组47例用尼莫地平治疗1,0天为一疗程。结果:经过2疗程的治疗,总有效率治疗组91.67%、对照组81.82%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后症状积分比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),两组治疗后症状积分组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合中药治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切。

Objective ： To valuate the clinic effects of the treatment of vertebral vertigo by electronic acupuncture and herbs. [ Methods ] ： 92 cases of vertebral vertigo patients were divided randomly into two groups： the test group was treated with electronic acupuncture and herbs; the control group was treated only with nimodipine. [ Resuits ] ： After two period of treatment, the total effective rate of the test group was 91.67% and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.82%. There is a significant difference between the total effective rate of the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There is a very significant difference between the total scores of the two groups before and after treatment（P 〈0.01 ）,but there is a significant difference between the scores of the two groups after treatment（P 〈 0. 05 ）. [ conclusion ] ： the treatment of electronic acupuncture and herbs is definite and it is a subject worthy of further study.
