四联疗法治疗重症肩部软组织损害100例

目的:探讨重症肩部软组织损害的发病机理及治疗方法。方法:100例用四联疗法(痛点阻滞、针刀治疗、手法松解、功能锻炼)治疗。结果:优良率98%。结论:四联疗法治疗重症肩部软组织损害有明显疗效。

objective：to discusses pathogenesis and method of treatment which heavy sickness shoulder department soft tissue harms. Methods：（ It includes block of pain point, acupotom treatment, manipulation unstuck, function training）. Results：In 100 cases of patient the excellent rate was above 98%. Conclusion：Four associations therapies had obvious curative effect for the treatment of serious shoulder soft tissue harms, it was feasibility.
