摘要
榜样的力量是无穷的,在高职学生管理工作中实行榜样激励机制具有非常重大的意义。它符合高职院校人才培养要求,遵循思想政治教育过程所固有的规律,扩展了思想政治教育的内涵,体现出马克思主义以人为本的教育原则。
A fine example is boundlessly powerful. It has been of great significance in the application of the examples＇ stimulating mechanism in the management of the higher-vocational students. It complies with the Vocational Training requirements, follows the inherent law in the process of ideological and political education, extends the meaning of ideological and political education and reflects the Marxist theory of comprehensive human development.
