卤水井微间隙超长封固段单级固井技术——以岗钾1井为例

摘要 岗钾1井位于江陵凹陷涴市断裂带南岗1号断鼻构造,是一口卤水探采井。卤水井对固井质量要求高,针对该井微间隙、超长封固段单级固井的技术要求,采用了盐水双凝双密度水泥浆体系,优化前置液、尾浆添加石英砂的施工方案,并细化技术措施,取得了较好的效果,固井质量优。 Gangjia No. 1 well, a projecting and exploring well using brine, is located in Nangang No. 1 faulted-nose structure in Wan City fault zone of Jiangling Depression. For high quality of well cementation is demanded in brine wells, this paper suggested adopting a cement paste with double salt freezing and density and operation plans that involve improving preflush and adding quartz sand into recovered pulp, all meeting the technical demands of single stage well cementing with micro gaps and long interval isolations In practice, the refined technique had achieved good results in well cementing.
