摘要 幸福指数就是衡量人们幸福感的标准。随着社会的发展,许多国家把民众幸福指数当成与经济指标同等重要的指标用来监控经济社会运行态势,了解民众的生活满意度。作为石油会战企业要提升职工的幸福指数,应着力构建五个环境:1、打造温馨美好的家园环境,让职工生活过得满意;2、打造和谐平安的油区环境,让职工日子过得踏实;3、打造公平公正的民主环境,让职工权利受到尊重;4、打造丰富多彩的文化环境,让职工心情感到快乐;5、打造亲切温暖的爱心环境,让职工心灵得到慰藉。 Happiness index measures people's happiness. With the progress of the society, the people's happiness index is treated as important as economic indicator in many countries to supervise Social and economic operation situation and to understand people's life satisfaction. In order to raise staff's happiness index in petroleum enterprise, great ef- forts should be made to build five different environments, namely, warm and nice home where the staff live a pleased life; harmonious and safe oildom where they live stably; fair and square democratic atmosphere in which they enjoy the rights they deserve and are treated with respect; rich and colorful cultural environment in which they feel cheer- ful; kind and sincere love environment where they feel comfortable in heart.
