加强基层干部班子民主政治建设,就是要以科学发展观为指导,抓好班子成员的团结协作,形成合力,达到提高班子整体效能的目的;就是要加强班子成员之间的相互尊重,互相沟通,增强凝聚力和集体荣誉感;就是要加强学习,提高自身修养,树立良好的人格形象。

To further encottrage democratic thinking among basic level officials, every member should work together to improve the whole group＇s work performance. To shore up democratic relationship among basic level officials, each individual should respect each other, open heart to one another in order to strengthen cohesion and pride as a team. To think in a democratic way, all the basic level officials must keep on learning to improve themselves as role models.
