532nm激光联合中药治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞后黄斑区水肿疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Laser Combined With Herbs on the Treatment of Macular Edema With Retinal Vein Occlusion

目的:观察激光黄斑区格栅样光凝术联合中药对视网膜分支静脉阻塞后黄斑区水肿的治疗效果。方法:将60例患者随机分为中药组(30例,30眼)和对照组(30例,32眼)两组,分别采用532 nm激光黄斑区格栅样光凝术加中药和单纯激光光凝进行治疗,并从视力及光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)检查黄斑区水肿消退的情况。结果:中药组的视力改善情况、眼底黄斑区水肿的吸收情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄斑区网格栅样光凝术加中药治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞黄斑水肿疗效优于单纯激光光凝术。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of grid pattern photocoagulation combined with herbs on macular edema with retinal vein occlusion.Methods：60 patients were divided into herbs group（30cases,30eyes）treated with grid pattern photocoagulation combined with herbs,control group（30cases,32eyes）treated with grid pattern photocoagulation only.The regression of macular edema was estimated through the change of vision and optical coherence tomography（OCT）.Results：The vision improving,regression of macular edema in herbs group were better than those in control group.Conclusion：Effect of grid pattern photocoagulation combined with herbs is better than that of grid pattern photocoagulation only in the treatment of macular edema with retinal vein occulation.
