摘要
利用苏云金芽孢杆菌杀虫剂与平沙绿僵菌混配防治园林害虫卷叶虫.结果表明:在温度32℃、相对湿度70%～73%条件下,苏云金芽孢杆菌杀虫剂与平沙绿僵菌液体制剂采用1:1的比例混合,混合液体制剂使用量为0.12ml/g时,试验用虫在第20天死亡率可达86.3%,校正死亡率可达82%.
The insecticidal effectivity of mixture of Bacillus thuringiensis pesticide with M.pinshaense to garden insect Sylepta derogate Fabricius was studied.The research indicates that when the mixture whose ratio of Bacillus thuringiensis and M.pinshaense is 1：1,the treated concentration is 0.12ml/g at the temperature is 40℃,the relative humidity is 70%～73%,it can kill the insect Sylepta derogate Fabricius efficiently.The mortality can reach 86.3%,the corrected mortality can reach up to 82% on the 20th day.
