摘要
从网上评卷机构设置、人员组织管理、评卷教师业务培训、评卷工作流程设计与控制等几个方面对网上评卷的组织与管理展开研究,以期达到提高评卷工作效率、保证评卷质量的目的。
This article studies the organization and management of online marking in terms of such aspects as institutional arrangement,organization and management of staff,professional training of teachers,designing and controling the process of marking and so on in expectation of improving the efficiency of marking and ensuring the quality of marking.
