摘要
采用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,解析大学生心理健康现状,探讨体育锻炼与大学生体质现状的关系、体育锻炼提高大学生心理健康的实施途径、心理健康水平与健康知识掌握程度的关系,提出将心理健康教育融入高校体育教学的思路。
Via literature,expert interview,logic analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes college students＇ psychological health status,probes into the relationship between sports exercise and college students＇ constitutions,discusses the channels by which physical training improves students＇ psychological health as well as the relationship between psychological health level and their mastery of knowledge about health.It puts forward the idea of integrating psychological health education with physical education in colleges and universities.
