摘要
台湾大学评鉴过程中积累的经验,对大陆大学评估有借鉴价值:建立政府教育主管部门与独立法人评估组织携手联合的中介评估机构,树立评鉴的可信度和公信力;注重分类指导,促进高校办出特色;提高评估的国际化水平,促进高校办学向国际化方向发展;评估结果采用合格认可制。
This paper describes the development background of University evaluation work in Taiwan and its prominent features,which has some reference value and inspiration to university assessment on the mainland： the establishment of government education authorities and intermediary organizations combined with independent legal assessment organization;establishing the credibility of the evaluation;focusing on classified guidance,promoting school-running with classified characteristics;improving the internationalized level of the assessment;promoting the internationalized orientation of university education;adopting the system of qualified recognition.
