摘要 根据LTCC内埋电感的π型等效电路,对传统Wilkinson功分器的集中参数模型进行了简化,提出了紧凑结构的LTCC结构三路功分器电路模型。根据该电路模型建立了三路功分器的三维LTCC模型,并进行了仿真计算。根据仿真优化结果制作了带宽中心频率为2.45GHz、大小为3.2×1.6×1.3mm的LTCC功分器。由于隔离电阻内埋于器件中,因此大大减小了应用时的安装面积。 By using n equivalent-circuit model of the embedded inductor, the prototype circuit of lumped-element Wilkinson divider was simplified, and a compact LTCC circuit for 3-way power splitter was presented. 3D LTCC model of the circuit was established and simulated, and the optimized result of the model was realized, resulting in a 3-way power splitter with a size of 3.2mm× 1.6 mm×1.3mm and a center frequency of 2.45GHz. As the isolation resistors are buried in the device, much mount area can be saved for application.
