摘要
在锰锌铁氧体的烧结中,600℃以下的脱胶过程控制直接影响坯体是否开裂。这一过程对于大尺寸坯体开裂程度的影响尤其突出。结合国内常用窑炉的结构,分析了三种不同结构的窑炉脱胶区气流状态、热量传递、温度分布特点及其对压坯脱胶效果的影响,介绍了窑炉内温度梯度的测量方法,并针对三种不同脱胶区结构窑炉提出锰锌软磁铁氧体生产工艺的建议。
During the sintering of Mn-Zn ferrite cores, the process control of degumming below 600℃ has direct influence on the crack of the adobe, especially the large size adobe. In this paper, the characteristics and influence of airstream status, thermal transmission and temperature distribution in the degumming-district on the crack of Mn-Zn ferrite were analyzed for three different kinds of commonly used nitrogen-protected kilns in China. The method for measurement of temperature gradient in the kiln was also introduced, which provides a route to optimize the sintering of the Mn-Zn ferrite cores for the three kinds of kilns.
