骨龄学方法对林蛙生长发育特性的研究应用 被引量:4

摘要 采用骨龄学方法,对半人工养殖的120只东北林蛙(Ranadybowskii)进行年龄鉴定,将样本分为6个年龄组(2~7龄),并在此基础上研究了林蛙的性成熟年龄、生长速率及性别二型性等。结果表明:林蛙性成熟年龄为3岁;雌蛙平均体长(64.79±8.41)mm显著大于雄蛙平均体长(60.83±4.46)mm(P〈0.05);雌蛙平均体重(27.75±10.02)g显著大。于雄蛙平均体重(19.81±4.46)g(P〈0.05);雌蛙平均趾骨直径(476.78±61.73)μm大于雄蛙平均趾骨直径(473.79±62.63)μm,但不显著(P〉0.05);由vonBertalanffy’s(1938)方程得到雌蛙生长速率(0.429)小于雄蛙生长速率(0.567),由此推断出雄蛙生长快于雌蛙。 In this research, the age, growth rate and sexual dimorphism in population of the Dybowski's frog ( Rana dybowskii) from half ratified farm were studied in 2010. The result showed that age of frog ranged from 2 - 7 years among 120 individuals. Endosteal resorption might have eroded away the first LAG in only 12.50% of the samples, maturity age was 3 years old. The mean Sount-Vent Length was (60.83± 4.46) mm in males and (64.79 ± 8.41 ) mm in females, the mean body mass was (19.81 ± 4.46) g in males and (27.75 ± 10.02) g in females, the mean length and body mass of females frogs were significant higher than those of males ( P 〈 0.05 ), the mean phalanx diameter was (476.78 ± 61.73) μm in females and (473.79 ± 62.63) μm in males, but on significant. The growth coefficient (k) was 0.567 in males and 0.429 in females.
