摘要
脂肪母细胞瘤是一种少见的良性肿瘤,多发于婴幼儿,由Vellios等[1]首次报道。本病具有局部浸润及术后易复发等特点[2],婴幼儿由于交流困难,使得影像学检查特别是超声检查尤为重要,提高超声对本病的正确诊断十分必要。
