血浆α-synuclein水平与帕金森病相关性的Meta分析

A meta-analysis of the relation of plasma α-synuclein levels and Parkinson disease

目的综合评价人血浆α-synuclein表达水平与帕金森病(PD)的相关性。方法利用Meta分析方法对国内外公开发表以及本课题组尚未发表的关于人血浆α-synuclein水平与帕金森病关系的研究文献进行综合的定量分析。结果共收集到符合纳入标准的文献4篇,累计病例共444例,累计对照共252人;Meta分析结果显示,总体效应检验Z=0.57,P=0.57,标准化均数差(S)为0.26,95%CI=-0.64～1.17,与无效线相交;漏斗图分布呈倒漏斗形,近似对称,发表偏倚较小;敏感性分析结果显示,在排除权重较大和较小的研究后,合并95%CI仍与无效线相交。结论血浆α-synuclein表达水平与帕金森病相关性无统计学意义,但该结论尚需大样本研究证实。

Objective To evaluate comprehensively the association of plasma α-synuclein levels with Parkinson disease（PD）.Methods All the published studies on plasma α-synuclein levels and PD for last 20 years were retrieved and standard techniques of meta-analysis combined with the results of these studies were used to produce a more precise estimate.Results Based on the criteria 4 studies were selected with a total of 444 accumulative cases and 252 controls.Meta-analysis results showed that the overall effect value was Z = 0.57（P =0.57） and the standardised mean difference（SMD） value was 0.26（95%CI：-0.64 ～1.17）.Inverted funnel plot showed the distribution of a funnel-shaped approximate symmetry.Conclusions Associations of plasma α-synuclein levels with PD has no statistical difference,but there is still need support of a widespread research.
