MiR-26a在垂体腺瘤中表达的研究 被引量:1

摘要 垂体腺瘤为颅内常见肿瘤,约占颅内肿瘤的10%。微小RNA(miRNAs)是一种能够调节蛋白质编码基因表达的非编码的小RNA,成熟的miRNA由21~23个核苷酸所组成,能够识别靶mRNA序列并与其结合,负性调节基因的表达。在过去的几年中,人们对miRNA与肿瘤的关系有了越来越多的了解。本研究应用Real—time PCR的方法检测垂体腺瘤中miR-26a的表达情况,意在为明确垂体腺瘤的发病机制、寻找可靠的治疗靶点提供新思路。
