肥厚性硬脑膜炎2例报道及文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 肥厚性硬脑膜炎(HCP)是一种少见的中枢神经系统慢性无菌性炎性疾病。以头痛为主要临床表现,多伴有颅神经损害。本文复习近5年的有关的病例报道,并结合本人经治2例患者。提示肥厚性硬脑膜炎是一种容易误诊,临床和影像表现特殊,激素为其主要治疗手段的疾病。
