反复轻度低血糖与低血糖性脑损害的关系 被引量:2

摘要 重度低血糖对脑组织有严重危害,但轻度低血糖,尤其是反复轻度低血糖对脑组织的影响目前尚不完全清楚。近年来的研究表明,反复轻度低血糖(轻度RH)可以对神经中枢及认知功能造成损害,但对严重低血糖(SH)造成的脑损伤和认知功能障碍可能有一定保护作用。本文介绍了反复轻度低血糖对大鼠神经元、代谢和认知功能等方面的影响的研究现状,以及对患者认知功能的影响的最新研究进展。
